Stress Management Seminars
for Businesses of all Sizes

DO YOU OR YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE THESE SYMPTOMS OF STRESS?

Headaches, fatigue, muscle pain, ulcers, hypertension, irritability, heart problems, anxiety, sick a lot, miss many days of work, unpleasant while at work.

Did you know?

  • 1 million employees are absent on an average workday because of stress related problems.

  • 75-90% of adult visits to primary care physicians are for stress related problems.

  • 89% of adults describe experiencing "high levels of stress."

These are stress filled times. The fact that more people have heart attacks on Monday morning at 9:00 tells us that stress is overloading many people's lives. Studies indicate that 75-90 percent of hospital admissions have a stress component.

How about you and the employees in your company? Do you feel uncomfortable levels of stress? Do you suffer from headaches? Do you feel very tired at the end of a workday? Do you get sick very often? Do little things tend to irritate you, and bigger things send you off into a panic? Would you like to experience less tension, less pain, and less anxiety?
