Each student is required to build his own microcontroller system, however it is recommended that students work in groups of 2. (It often simplifies troubleshooting if you can swap components from a non-working system to a working system.)

Each student is required to maintain a lab notebook. This notebook should be used as a work book and must conform to certain guidelines.

Each lab has a preparation component and a lab work component, each worth 10 points. Any late work (preparation or lab work component) is assessed a 2-point (20%) penalty.

Projects may be completed individually or by lab partnerships (2 students maximum). Help (but not code) may be offered by other students.
