You can complete a quiz from any computer connected to the internet by just clicking on the quiz you want to take.  Clicking the link will  automatically connected to Chitester which will ask you to login to take the exam.  If you have ANY PROBLEMS, contact me ASAP by email, phone, etc.

You may use your notes and textbook to complete the quiz.  Feel free to discuss answers too.  These quizzes are meant for you to self-test your knowledge of the textbook. 

Completing all 7 quizzes is required.  You will get full credit for completing a quiz at a level of 100%.  You make take the quiz as often a you like in the time period that the quiz is available (check the calendar).

Exam

The exam will be a take home one.  You will be given some limited options between several questions and expected to write answers which integrate readings, lectures, and discussions.

Papers
   
Five unique papers are required.  Each of them is based on a research article you will find that is on a topic of interest to you.  The first paper will be a traditional review and analysis of the research paper in terms of its hypotheses, methods, and significance.  The second paper will be an argument of the connection or fit between your article and one of four current systems in Psychology (Cognitive Psychology, Biopsychology, Cultural-contextual Psychology, and Humanistic Psychology).  The third  paper will connect some aspect of the article back to the time of the founding (late 19th C.) and early growth (early 20th C.) of Psychology as scientific discipline. The fourth paper will review the article in terms of its philosophical foundation articulated during the Enlightenment or Renaissance. The fifth paper will connect the article to its Greek Origins. The final paper will be a revised versions of the five five papers with an added introduction and discussion.
