1. Realize that you are the cause of your stress
2. Exercise aerobically 3-5 times each week
3. Take time to effectively relax or meditate for at least 15 minutes each day
5. Don't take yourself so seriously and speak kindly to yourself about yourself
6. Scream at the top of your lungs from time to time
8. Enjoy a relaxing massage at least once per month (more is better)
9. Do the important things first
