Top 10 (or 12) Ways to Manage Life's Stresses

1. Realize that you are the cause of your stress

2. Exercise aerobically 3-5 times each week

3. Take time to effectively relax or meditate for at least 15 minutes each day

4. Sleep 7-8 hours each night

5. Don't take yourself so seriously and speak kindly to yourself about yourself

6. Scream at the top of your lungs from time to time
