5. RESEARCH, SCHOLARSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH COMMITTEE – Susan Matt, Chair
The call for RSPG proposals went to all faculty in September of 2003. Final Proposals were due on November 7, 2003, and the committee met on November 14, 2003. The committee had $18,250 of RSPG funds to distribute to all eligible faculty and staff, and $10,000 to distribute to new faculty. We received 14 proposals asking for a total of 29,957.31. The committee voted to fund 13 projects for a total of $27,141.51. The projects which RSPG funded are listed below:
