The DVD assignment for this week is the
sixth exercise on the DVD
called "Autogenics."
Practice doing this exercise at least two
(2) times according to the instructions on the DVD. One of those times, do
it immediately before
you fall sleep at night.
Make it be the very last thing you do before you close your eyes to fall
asleep.
