Mantra Meditation

learned about and practiced meditation, or if you would just like to get

This
week's relaxation exercise is for you to practice mantra meditation
similar to the one we did in class AT LEAST 2 TIMES.
Do it at a time when you will not be disturbed. This
does not work if you are interrupted. Take approximately 10-15 minutes
each time you try.
On your typed paper, thoroughly respond to each
of these items referring to the two times that you did them at home, and the time that you did it with us in class.
Follow this general outline with your
description:
Daytime
