INSTRUCTIONS:
Download the appropriate template file according to your teaching major or
minor indicated below. Download is done by clicking on the link. After you
have downloaded the file, open the template document with the appropriate
software (MS Word). Rename the template file according to what Level of the
portfolio you are preparing. For example, Level1reflection.doc
for the portfolio you are creating for your Level 1 experiences. Remember
to name your electronic files so they are also easy to find (don't leave
your files named 'presentation1.ppt' or 'untitled.doc').
To create an electronic version of your portfolio, save all of your documents into a folder and burn the folder onto a CD. Label your folder "Level * Portfolio" When asked to name the CD, put your name on it so the disk will show it is "Your Name Portfolio Level *"
