4.   APAFT Committee – Stephen Francis, Chair  This Item has been postponed until the January session of Senate.

Health Professions Tenure Document – Approved to move forward to Executive Committee by APAFT, 17 Nov 2015   

Note:    The Executive Committee requested that the Health Professions faculty vote on this document again prior to the Faculty Senate Meeting on 10 December.  If the vote is not available by then, this Item will be moved to the January 21 Faculty Senate meeting in order for the vote to be completed.

5.    University Curriculum Committee – Sally Cantwell, Chair

Please Note:  Due to a problem on the Faculty Senate Approval Step, there are some Program Change Proposals, Program Prefix Proposal and a few of Course Revision Proposals were not able to be attached to the Agenda in Curriculog.  The Proposals can still be reviewed in your "My Tasks or All Proposals" Tab in Alphabetical order.

       New member nomination from Executive Committee:  Dr. Karen Moloney, English, Arts & Humanities.
       New FBR Chair recommendation from Executive Committee. This will be postponed.
