The DVD assignment for this week is the eighth exercise on the
DVD
called "Progressive Relaxation"
Practice doing this exercise at least two
(2) times according to the instructions on the DVD. One of those times, do
it immediately before
you fall sleep at night.
Make it be the very last thing you do before you close your eyes to fall
asleep.

it at times when you will not be disturbed. It lasts approximately 13
minutes.
In a typed format, respond to
the following items:

On your typed paper, thoroughly
respond to each of these items referring to the two times that you did
them at home, and the time that you did it with us in class.
