The DVD homework assignment for this week
is the first exercise on the Stress Relief DVD called the "PowerNap"
Practice doing this exercise at least two (2)
more times according to the instructions on the DVD. One of those times, do it
immediately before you get into bed to sleep at night. Make it be the very
last thing you do before your head hits your pillow.
