The DVD homework assignment for this week is the fourth exercise on the
Stress Relief DVD called "Restful Breathing."
Practice doing this exercise at least two (2) times according to the
instructions on the DVD. One of those times, do it immediately before you
fall sleep at night. Make it be the very last thing you do before you
close your eyes to fall asleep.
Do it at times when you
will not be disturbed. It lasts approximately 12 minutes.
In a typed format respond to the following items:
