Weber State University holds commencement ceremonies at the Dee Events Center
twice a year, in December and May.
WSU 131st Commencement and
Convocations will be held
May 2, 2008.
COMMENCEMENT EXERCISE will be held at 8:00 a.m. in the Dee Events
Center.
For the first time ever! Each graduate attending the main commencement ceremony will receive a gold die
cast
medallion with the presidential seal in honor of their
achievement. See the FAQ page for details.
A brunch/lunch will be held between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
in the Shepherd Union Building Atrium. Each graduate will
receive two complimentary tickets to the event. These
tickets can picked up at the Alumni Center at the time
graduates pick up their caps and gowns, April 29-May 1.
Additional tickets may be purchased for $8.00 each at the
Information Desk in the Union Building beginning April 7.
Guests will need to show their ticket in order to be
admitted to the brunch/lunch. This will take the place of
the receptions that we have had after each of the
convocations.
PUTTING STUDENTS THROUGH (PST PROGRAM)
