6. 2010/FYE Refresher, if needed, we'll also do today after meeting - As Peg and Fran have already done one that was so successful, no refresher is needed! Mark letourneau sent a very nice feedback praising their session.

Entire Team Issues:

1. Systems update, including discussion on new remote access possibilities - New remote authentication will be installed this week. patrons will now authenticate to our patron database instead of GW. This should be up and running by the end of this week.

Some of the screens on student stations in room  31 may look weird on occassion. If they do, simply restart.

Carol and Jill reported 3 or 4 stations in 3 were freezing fairly regularly.

2. New English 2010 and FYE powerpoints - These are all now available as Desk top icons on the teaching stations in 31 and 138. Carol has changed the template and opening graphic for the 2010.

3. Web team update - we need to check all pages for broken links. New Web design has been successfully implemented. Web usage statisitics are now available at http://stats.weber.edu. Carol will provide a link to the fast page on our Help page.

Faculty Issues:

1. Student End of Course  Evaluation on Web - Carol and Joan felt the the Web evaluation forms were quite successful and we will continue using them this semester.  Joan will get Art's copies to him later this week. Carol will invite Alan Livingston to come to the library to present a training session on the coursware construction kit which will enable faculty to provide Web gradebooks and other useful features.

2. 2000/2001 Teaching Schedule - Joan would like to get with carol and plot out a new shcedule including new hires and then bring it back for discussion with the team or with individual faculty.

Carol will request 3315 be removed from the catalog after the end of Spring semester 2000.

3. Jill reported using Lanskool sucessfully and really liked it. Carol used it later that day and also really liked using it in subject specific session.
