Announcements

1. Classroom update - This is your last chance to make suggestions to Systems for classroom improvements over the summer. 
2. Draft Fall Untangle schedule forthcoming 
3. Navigator Update - Please continue to provide feedback on the Navigator. Send suggestions to Shaun or Carol via email and they will relay to editing team.
4. Don't forget to keep track of and document your commendable instruction activities in your FAR. Carol needs/wants to share these for my annual report.
5. Just a reminder, Carol will be on sabbatical next Spring. Staffing plan has been revised to reflect this.

Discussion

1. Approved Program Mission is on Intranet
2. Outcomes assessment - Draft Team Outcomes/Goals Team agreed on these goals for the team for 2001/02  
3. Assessment Subcommittee Reports - Instruction Assessment Web page has been updated to reflect draft assessment plans and outcomes of subcommittees so far. Thanks for everyone's hard work! 
4. Team is dividing up responsibilities for Instruction guides. Carol has put together a draft page listing these. Let Carol know if there is a guide you would like to take responsibility for maintaining and updating. 
5. Tutorials, assignment tips, guides??? We will work on more consistent wording after we get results of Web usability testing
6. As may arise: We still haven't heard anything definite from the History department...
7. Joan discussed briefly collection development issue, reminding bibliographers of spending deadlines.
