Announcements:

• Team generally agreed Intranet home page looks neglected, disorganized and needs to be cleaned up ASAP. This a recommendation from our team for WAG. If we can't create meaningful Web pages for ourselves, how can we do it for students. There was a also a question about what is EPTF?

• FYE/2010 Schedule is out. Thanks again to Fran for undertaking this job each semester, she does such a great job. Let her know right away if you see any problems. 

• We haven't heard anything about the new campus room scheduling system

• Shaun and Fran will discuss USU room scheduling software with Ludwig to make sure he understands the possibilities, hopefully saving Fran some time in the future.

• Joan reminded us how to spell JaNae Kinikin

Discussion

• Untangle the Web series for Spring will be cancelled due to lack of interest this Fall. We have decided to take a break, especially with Olympics. The team may discuss and suggest possible new ideas/options for community outreach and general sessions for fall during Spring semester.

• Team reviewed Lib Sci 2201 Assessment Plan - Ruby will take comments and send revision out to subcommittee.

• Team Reviewed course catalog descriptions, and made a minor change for LibSci TD2201. Carol will send to Betty K. and also remind her to fix course descriptions for all cross listed courses.

• Student End of Course Evaluation - it was decided that additional questions on specific course outcomes can be added to form as needed,  for each course. Carol will contact BIR to see if they can crunch data from our online form. If not, a paper from will be used until Ludwig can do it, perhaps by end of next semester? Carol wil let faculty know after Thanksgiving.

• Team reviewed instruction team policies and procedures. Carol will make minor change in section regarding testing out of a Lib Sci course and "Interim Policy for Student End of Course Evaluations Spring 2001" will be updated after she hears back from BIR. 

• Team reviewed instruction faculty performance expectations and the faculty evaluation criteria, no changes were requested.
