Announcements
Systems will update classrooms over break. Room 31 gets all new PC's
They will document updates on a classroom hardware software page. Chris will provide an orientation to changes on Tuesday January 9 at 1:00 and at 3:30 in room138.
- Systems plan for classrooms for weeks 1, 2 and 3
- Systems team will open classrooms each morning
Classroom: Janell is working on lighting in both rooms and on bulletin boards in 31. Please let Carol know if you would like new posters. Ruby requested 5 chairs for each table and Joan will have them delivered and request maintenance staff leave them in rooms.
Discussion
Untangling the Web - Team members approved Draft Guidelines and signed up to to help by attending sessions as a support person. Carol will send out schedule. Thanks!
Instruction Team approved Draft Annual Planning Calendar with minor modifications
Carol is still working on latest draft of English 2010 Powerpoint and Exercise. She will send out as soon as it is done or by week one orientation session for team on Thursday Jan 11 at 3:30 in 138.
The team revised the assessment forms for 2010 and FYE. Carol will implement and send out. The FYE form will be more like the 2010 form.
The instruction team reviewed the team Policies and Procedures and Carol has made all requested changes

The team reviewed the latest draft 2001/2002 Teaching Schedule and Carol has made all requested changes
Faculty reviewed and update and updated Instruction Faculty Evaluation Criteria and Performance Expectations. Carol has made all the requested changes.
We did not have time to discuss ideas for a Spring workshop.
Carol will request volunteers for a subcommittee to review the course catalog descriptions.
We will also continue to discuss how we wish to deal with the 2201 requirement for history majors at a future meeting.
