Announcements

• Eng 2010 and FYE Spring draft schedule - This is almost ready to go and Fran will send this out as soon as some recent staffing changes are announced.

• Carol has had two meetings with Advisors and two with Shaun with Student Affairs this semester to better communicate the goals of the information literacy program.
• Carol has added Sails summary assessment tables to "About the Information Literacy Program" assessment page

Discussion

• Spring English 2010 and FYE exercise  and Powerpoint - We will continue with the same exercise this Spring, and work on a redesign during spring for beta testing during Summer 2003. Joan said that the printing costs are not an issue for her.  Please send any corrections, changes or additions to Carol ASAP as she and Fran want to have the exercise ready to go before the library closure. 

• The team reviewed and made some minor wording changes to the instruction team policies and procedures.

• We began to discuss the course catalog description for the Internet Navigator, and ran out of time.  As it is too late anyway to make the print version of next year's catalog, we can do this in January. 

• We did not discuss the faculty performance expectations or the faculty evaluation criteria. 

• As may arise - 
  • Joan will send forward faculty names to get us into Web CT training. All library faculty need Web CT training.
