Lanskool a software to enable the instructor to control the student stations, has been ordered and will be installed for Spring use. Carol will schedule a training session during week 1
Classroom 31 crashing issues unresolved...Systems feels problems are related to wider Lucent/Network problems
Plug-ins and updates - Do you need additional software or plug ins in the classroom or any updates? If so, please let me or John know ASAP as he is organizing the jobs that need to be done between the semesters.
If you would like to use Frontpage 2000, please let John know and Joan will have it ordered.
Untangling the Web - Spring '99 Calendar done
Instruction team intranet - new links include, 1) Jill's lesson plan and 2) links to sites with teaching tips

Another "getting connected at home" workshop will be given on - Tues Dec 14 at 11:00 am
information literacy competency sessions. We may need to hold these monthly next year? We'll gauge demand...
2700 freshman each year. @ 300 will or have taken classes. This means 2400 will probably take exam. Crunch will probably come next year.
Joan mentioned that the information literacy competency is now a requirement for the COAST AA degrees.
Session for staff - subcommittee report? - Lonna. We did not discuss, and I did not hear from Lonna, so we'll ask for a report for next time.
Instruction Plan so far... We did not have time to discuss. I am still waiting for volunteers to write sections: Jill, Wade and Evan have all contributed so far. THANKS!

2000/2001 Draft Teaching Schedule - This was not discussed
Student end of course evaluation form - A Guest speaker, Coral Lou Glen from testing came at 2:15 PM and we realized that they don't have much information to provide in the testing center yet. THANKS!
Information Literacy Competencies Exam Subcommittee - We did not have time to discuss. Carol has added over 35 questions. PLEASE REMEMBER Carol would always like to get any additional questions you would like to add....
