Announcements

1. Classroom update - Altiris is not working in 31. Chris hopes to reload during Spring Break.
2. Fran passed out the new English 2010 exercise, Carol went over  a few changes in exercise and a few minor changes were made to the slide show.  
3. Team discussed and made changes to the FYE exercise and slide show. Carol will send out drafts on Monday, any suggested changes need to be made by Wednesday 1/22.
4. New SNAP evaluations are ready to go for Eng. 2010 and FYE, thanks Kathy T.!
5. Fran noted that Weber County has some changes on their Web and Pioneer? is adding Factiva.

Discussion

1. New Web pages - Team reviewed the top level pages relating to instruction. Some suggestions were made for reorganizing content on Information literacy page, Carol has made changes, let her know if you have additional suggestions on any of the instruction pages. Team members will send suggestions to Kathy P. to help her better organize How To Guides page, and there was some discussion that the list of reference resources on that page needs to be discussed in Ref team.
2. As may arise - Fran discussed a classroom scheduling issue with a faculty member, Stacy Egan,  needing Pagemaker. Fran was able to resolve.
