Information Literacy Data Collection Process
The information literacy team no longer uses a monthly data form. A database is used to collect data on sessions. Information literacy team members are expected to input information into the Library Instruction Database immediately after each session is completed, using the following process:
1) Go to WSU home page, http://weber.edu and click on Faculty and Staff
2) Enter the WSU Faculty/Staff portal with Groupwise username and password
3) Click on Library Instruction in the left side purple bar
4) Enter all information requested in the submission form accurately
If you need to delete an item you can do so by clicking on "List" at the top, then on delete by the specific item that needs to be reentered correctly
The Library office manager will collect data at the end of every month for monthly reports, so be sure your data is submitted regularly and completely.
