I have been to school and used the library many times before I love coming to the library

I sat in the back and it was a little hard to hear. Maybe she could speak a little louder.

Thank you very much for having this program for to teach the fye students on how to use the internet from Weber State Univerity and it's homepage and also on how to use to get on to library resources from the web. I really enjoyed learning it, keep up the good work it is useful information. Thanks!! It help me improved a little bit on my Library Science online class too. It also help us to learn how to get and print information from the library resources.

These library skill will help me with my college class researches.

I think that it is better not to hand out the assignments until after you have done the presentation because you tend to do the assignment and not listen or pay attention.

I didn't know anything about the library advantages until this session.

I enjoyed the exsperiance.

It was a little confusing on where to go just because I have never been to the library before and used search engines to help me find things. But this did help me because I didn't know we could do all these things to find information and get help.

This course is very informative for a traditional student fresh from high school who may or may not have had the need to use computers as a high school student. However, because of my experince in the workforce, I have more experience with online work than many traditional students.

this was good for me to learn about the library, i did have a hard time trying to find books and information before, but now i know where to look for it!

I think all the students have to follow at the same time with the instructor

I think it was quite helpful to have a worksheet to go along and find all the necessary tools and to learn how to use them. I also liked how it was self-paced, but if you needed help, all you had to do was to slow down and wait for the instructor to catch up, or to just raise your hand. Quite helpful. :)

I think that you should maybe talk more about the whole Literacy Competency Requirements and why that is needed. I was kind of lost as to why we needed to do that. Is it something we need to fulfill or was it just for our information? Kind of lost me there.

I thought that it was usefull, but for the most part I already knew this stuff. Try to do harder things.

I really liked Prof. Christensen. I thought he was most helpful and open and happy to answer questions. He walked us through the system step by step, making sure that we understood before he moved on.

This was really informationa! I feel like it has given me an advantage over other students in my ability to research different areas and actually find what I need.

I didn't even know there was a library site or what i could do with it. Now I know!!

I would like to know more about the Literacy Competency requirement

When I was trying to complete the Library/Internet Skills Exercise the program wasn't functioning well in the Library or at home online.

The Dr. that taugh the library/internet skills instruction was not at all intimidating and was very helpful.

I never would have been able to figure this out on my own so fast. Very informative. Overall glad I came today

I was absent for actual lesson and that is why I was not more satisfied. It was not because of the instructor.

It wasn't very interactive. I have taken the Internet Navigator class, so it was all familiar to me. I know, why am I taking this FYE class? But maybe the instructor went a little fast.

Not all of the information was clear, I couldn't find the awnsers to some of the questions because they were broad definitions so I didnt' know which ones were right.

I don't understand Literacy Competency requirement. I atleast know where the library is now. I th ink that you should give a tour of the actual library.

thanks the librarian was helpful and nice and that says a lot and makes me feel comfortable using the library even more.

Learning how to find articles helps me a lot and I am very grateful to know how to do so effectively and quickly.

Thank-you for the help that was provided! In fact the instructor actually has aswered alot of my concerns for another class assignments using the same system.

I think that it helped me what I can do at the Library, and how I could get help doing different things in the Library. I was glad that I got the oppurtunity to learn about the WSU library. I will also know where everything is located.

Now knowing that I have to take a Library science class is useful. I had not known that, but I probably would have found out. It's better to know about things sooner than later.

Offer Instruction on how to find your way around the Library of Congress call system. It gives me a headache everytime. :)
